A few new pieces made with some of the stones that I brought back from Seattle have been added to the Sadie shop. These ones incorporate a vintage brass chain with a series of pressed flat links that I kind of love right now. Chalcedony, tri-colour quartz, and a stone that I totally can't remember the name of...but I'm working on it. I think I need an encyclopedia of gemstones or geology, because I always think I'm going to remember what everything is and, inevitably, I end up with a few mystery stones in my possession when I get down to making things. Take a look in the Sadie shop for all of these and some other new pieces and don't forget that I'll have a lot of the new pieces that I've been introducing with me at the BLIM Market on May 22nd here in Vancouver.

ReplyDeleteI hear that! I thought it would be cool to have a poster of stones/semi-precious stones as fun decorating as well as a helpful tool. I had no luck finding anything though! Broken links and a poster in German were the closest I came :(
