Here they are! The final cave explorer necklaces of 2011. These guys are all listed in the shop as of today. Figures range from little children playing in the snow to a old gentleman making his way through a crystal cave with his walking stick in hand. Each stone has been chosen for its amazing shape and crystal features. Take a look at them all in the Sadie shop. 

In other fun news, last week I hit 400 sales in the Sadie shop. My 400th customer just happens to be a local blogger who I connected with thanks to Got Craft? here in Vancouver. Heather has a great blog called Tea with Me. She even wrote about her Sadie necklaces after the craft fair. In addition to her order, Heather is going to be getting a pretty special surprise in celebration of this exciting milestone. 

I know I've been saying this a lot lately, but thank you all for your support! This has been a fun year (crazy at times with getting married, graduating, and all of that) and you guys have all made it even better and gotten me through the nutso times with flying colours, too. And now we have just five more work days until Christmas vacation!

meet the new gilded cave explorers

I just wanted to share a little something that I've been working on for the Sadie shop: the gilded cave explorers. I've just discovered these new agate geodes which are fabulously light and still encrusted with beautiful crystals of all sizes and shapes. These three new gilded cave explorers have been treated to a ring of gold or silver, and nestled within you'll find animals and variety of cave exploring humans. I hope you like them. They'll be in the Sadie shop this coming Saturday!

Introducing the tenth necklace in the cave explorer series: this one features an overall-clad, hat-wearing dude doing what looks to be some very heavy work in an agate geode. Take a look at more photos in the Sadie shop. I'm still trying to get some more new pieces together to post before I take off on holidays. Check back tomorrow!

Here they are! The first cave explorer necklaces were received so warmly that I've made some new ones. These crystal-filled agate geodes are all one-of-a-kind and contain a miniature 10mm tall cave explorer...with one exception. Yup, that last one there is a grizzly bear, and it measures in at a huge (by comparison) 15mm. The figures are all fixed securely within the depths of each crystal cave and have been chosen because they relate well to each unique geode. Surfaces are polished. Chains are silver. Find them all in the Sadie shop.
